Enterprise Sales Manager
Freespee is looking for a Sales Manager with a strong digital background to join our team. Being a part of the Nordic sales team will require both self distance, humour and a strong desire to succeed. It’s a rare opportunity to get into the Freespee Nordic Sales team at this stage, exploring a heavy growth in the Nordic markets. Our customers is mainly in the banking, insurance, auto, real estate and hotel / travel industries.
Your task will be to work with the existing team to grow Freespee customer base. Your ability to understand the software, and what it does, as well as a winning mentality is key to succeed in this role.
As a person you are easy going and self motivated. Your interest in digital solutions are genuine and you want to achieve something while you are working. You value family and friends as well as a diverse work environment. It´s an advantage if you have a strong interest in sports.
– 3-4 years of enterprise sales experience within SaaS and/or digital solutions
– Proven experience in running long, complex B2B sales cycle processes for larger companies and proven track record of larger complex deals.
– Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
– High level of energy, Entrepreneurial spirit
– Analytical mindset, a fast learner, good listener and fairly structured
– Familiar with CRM tools, and ideally with Salesforce.com
– Bachelor´s Degree/MA in business/ marketing or related fields will be an advantage
– Good understanding of data driven marketing, and the digital landscape
