YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

– helping our new customers successfully implement Scoro. This involves getting a deep understanding of their business processes and showing how Scoro can help them

– appreciating the variety of personalities in teams and getting over any resistance they may have towards using Scoro

– using the power of teaching and technology to help our customers be more efficient and successful

– organizing and carrying out customer trainings

– making sure that our customers use Scoro to their maximum benefit

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

– skills to explain complicated things in a clear and simple manner

– a good sense of various business processes, especially in the professional services industry

– excellent communication skills, both over email and in person

– excellent command of written and spoken Estonian and English

– skills to plan your own time and meet deadlines
